We&apos;re really sorry to hear you&apos;ve received a faulty or incorrect item. Our new returns portal makes the process super simple and easy to navigate.You no longer need to email us and wait to hear back - All you need to do is lodge your return <a href="https://returns.babyboofashion.com/#/">here</a>, select &apos;Item was faulty&apos; or &apos;I received the wrong item&apos; and submit images as requested.
