If you're located in the United States and need to return your item(s), you can opt to return through Happy Returns.

Simply select Happy Returns as your return method when lodging your return, and bring your unworn/unwashed items with tags attached to a Return Bar near you. Once your emailed QR code is scanned at a Happy Returns Return Bar, you will receive your credit note.

How long will it take to receive my credit note if I use Happy Returns?
If you're eligible to return through Happy Returns in the US, you will receive your return item(s) have been dropped off to a return bar, and approved by a Happy Returns associate. This usually takes a few minutes, no need to wait 5-7 business days to receive your credit.
