Our returns are processed differently, depending on where you're returning from! We've made it simple, and you can check out each process below, depending on where you're located!
Returning from Australia?
Your return will head straight to our warehouse in Sydney! Once we have received and processed your return, we will issue your credit note.
Returning from New Zealand, United States or the United Kingdom?
Your return will be heading to one of our international return hubs before heading back to our warehouse in Sydney, Australia! Once your return reaches one of these hubs, it will be processed by our team! Once processed, you'll receive your credit, and we organise the remaining journey home for your return!
Returning from Europe, Canada or anywhere else in the world?
Your return will head straight back to our warehouse in Sydney Australia! Once you have lodged your return via our returns portal, you should receive the return address information! Please ensure you can track your return postage, just so you can keep an eye on its journey.
