Why does my exchange item show its out of stock but available online?Updated a month ago

To avoid overselling, we set a minimum stock threshold for instant exchanges. While the item may still be available for purchase on our website, it could be limited in stock for exchanges.

If your size is unavailable for exchange but still shows on the website, we recommend returning the item for store credit and then repurchasing the size separately.
