Why do I have to enter my card details to exchange an item?Updated 14 days ago

Exchange orders are processed instantly, so we won't need to wait for your return to reach us before we dispatch your exchange. When lodging your exchange, you will be required to enter your card details so we can authorise $1. From there, you have 14 days to return your parcel to the post office, where it will need to be has been scanned into transit. 

If the return has not been scanned in within 14 days, you will be charged the full amount of your exchange. If this is returned after the 14 days, we will need to wait until your return has been received before refunding the exchange fee charged.
