Once you lodge your exchange, a new order will be created! 

We will ship your new order before we receive your return - making exchanging sizes so much easier & quicker for you! 

If you want to lodge an exchange and you're eligible, head to our returns portal here.
Pop in your return & exchange details.
Enter your card information for the handling fee and $1 pre-authorisation.
You should then receive your return shipping label.
Make sure you drop off your return within 14 days to avoid being charged for your exchange! 

We'll get busy organising your exchange order, so please be sure to keep an eye out for a shipping confirmation email.
