Return Policy

We offer returns for eligible items in the form of store credit. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to lodge your return via our returns portal.

What will I receive?

All approved returns are issued as store credit - a unique code emailed directly to you, valid for 6 months. Store credit can be used on any future order.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their own return shipping. Once you lodge your return via our returns portal, you'll receive a confirmation email containing the return address. All items must be sent back to our Australia warehouse.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method and retaining your proof of postage until your store credit has been issued.

Return conditions

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags attached

  • Free from makeup, fake tan, deodorant, or perfume

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Item/s marked Final sale

  • Accessories, Bodysuits, Lingerie and Swimwear are NOT returnable due to hygiene reasons.

When will I receive my store credit?

Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. You'll be notified by email once complete.

How do I use my store credit?

  • Enter your unique code at checkout

  • Can be applied to any item or order total

  • Multiple credits can be used at once

  • If there's a remaining balance, you can pay using any available payment method

Store credit is valid for 6 months from issue. If you need extra time, get in touch and we'll find a solution.

Received a faulty item?
If you believe you've received a faulty item, please continue to lodge your return, upload some images and we will review this and get back to you within 3 days.
