We offer returns for eligible items in the form of store credit.
- Issued for the full value of your returned item(s)
- Valid for 6 months from issue
- Sent via email once your return is processed
This allows you to easily reorder a new size or style
Return timeframe
You have 30 days from delivery to lodge your return.
Return eligibility
To be accepted, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags attached
- Free from marks, stains, makeup, fake tan or damage
- Security ribbon attached
Faulty items
If you believe you’ve received a faulty item, please lodge your return as normal, selecting Item was faulty.
Return costs & payments
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from store credit amount
- All store credits are issued in AUD
- Orders placed with Afterpay or PayPal remain subject to their payment terms
