To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags must be attached
• No marks, stains, fake tan, makeup, or damage
• Returned within 30 days of delivery
• Security tag attached 

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Final sale items
• Items marked as non-returnable at time of purchase

Important to know

• All approved returns are issued as store credit
• Store credit is valid for 6 months from issue
• Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be declined
