My shipping address is incorrect, can I change it?Updated 13 days ago

If you have placed your order less than 15 minutes ago, head to your order confirmation email! You should find our order editing feature here. You'll have 15 minutes to make changes to your order. 

If you're unable to change your shipping address via our order editing feature, please contact our Customer Happiness team as soon as possible. Unfortunately, due to system limitations, we are not able to make changes to the delivery address once the 15 minute editing window has passed. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

If your order has been fulfilled, please contact the shipping carrier! They should be able to assist you and redirect your package.
