If you are ordering from the UK and your order is over £135, duties will be collected at the checkout and payable when you place your order. VAT is included in product prices.
If you're ordering from Europe and your order is over €150, duties will be collected at the checkout and payable when you place your order. Taxes included in product prices.
For all other international orders, your order may be subject to local Duties & Taxes. In the event that an international shipment attracts duties and taxes, you, as the customer will be required to pay these fees to receive your order.
Babyboo is not responsible for the amount charged by your local customs office as this is set by each region.
In the event a parcel is unclaimed or duties & taxes are refused, the shipping carrier will destroy the parcel in the receiver's country. There will be no reimbursement provided for parcels that are unclaimed or refused.
