Custom Duties & Taxes on International OrdersUpdated 6 days ago
International customers may be subject to local Duties & Taxes. In the event that an international shipment attracts duties and taxes, you, as the customer will be required to pay these fees to receive your order.
It's important to mention that Babyboo does not collect or handle any tax charges or fees, and therefore we unfortunately cannot predict if your order will incur these fees.
If you're order is subject to Custom fees, DHL or your local carrier will contact you via email to discuss how you can make payment. In the event a parcel is unclaimed or duties & taxes are refused, DHL may return your parcel back to us, and as it is outlined in our Shipping and Return policies, a store credit will be provided for parcels that are returned or refused due to unpaid custom fees, refunds will not provided if this occurs. Deductions on your store credit may also occur if there are fees to return this back to Babyboo.
If DHL do not return your parcel and it is destroyed locally, no compensation will be provided in this case.
