My swimwear has shrunk or the colour has run, what should I do?
If you believe something has gone wrong, please lodge your return as normal here, selecting Item was faulty. You will be prompted to upload images, once we review these we will provide next steps.
Why can't a rejected return be sent back to me?
For hygiene reasons, swimwear that doesn't meet our return conditions can't be resold or returned to you, so these items are recycled. Please ensure to check tags and the hygiene sticker carefully before trying items on.
