Return Policy
We offer returns for eligible items in the form of store credit, exchange, or Shop Now. You have 30 days from delivery to lodge your return.
To be eligible, items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
All tags attached
Free from makeup, fake tan, deodorant, or perfume
The following items are not eligible for return:
Item/s marked Final sale
Accessories, Bodysuits, Lingerie and Swimwear are NOT returnable due to hygiene reasons.
What can I receive for my return?
You can choose from the following:
Store credit - issued as a unique code emailed to you, valid for 6 months
Exchange - swap for a different size
Shop Now - select your new item immediately without waiting for your return to be processed
Exchanging or reordering quickly is the best way to avoid missing out on your preferred size or style.
How long do I have?
30 days from the date of delivery to lodge your return via our returns portal.
When will I receive my store credit or exchange?
Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, it will be processed within 5–7 business days. You'll be notified by email once complete.
How do I use my store credit?
Enter your unique code at checkout
Can be applied to any item or order total
Multiple credits can be used at once
If there's a remaining balance, you can pay using any available payment method
Store credit validity: 6 months from issue. If you need extra time, get in touch and we'll find a solution.
Faulty items?
If you believe you've received a faulty item, please continue to lodge your return, upload some images and we will review this and get back to you within 3 days.
