Yes, if an item you've received is faulty, you can request a refund. To do so, lodge a return request through our returns portal and select 'item was faulty'. Upload clear images of the faults, such as zipper issues or fabric defects, as evidence. Our Returns Team will review your case, and if deemed faulty, a refund will be processed accordingly.

Please note that refunds for faulty items are only approved after a thorough inspection and confirmation by our team. Handling fees do not apply to faulty item returns.
