Yes, our Bridal range sits under our normal BABYBOO policy.. Returns are accepted for Store credit only. You’ll have 30 days to return your order from delivery date. All store credits are issued in AUD. High value items with the security ribbon eithe
Can I get a refund if the dress doesn’t fit?
Returns are eligible for store credit in line with our returns policy.
Can I exchange my bridal dress for another size?
Yes. If you need another size, you can submit an exchange through our returns portal, depending on your location. Exchanges are available for AU, US, Canada, UK and Europe.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please lodge your return through our return portal here and our team will get back to you ASAP.
