Welcome to BABYBOO's new returns portal - we know you're going to love this.

For all our International customers, you will be able to lodge your return through our new portal. Unfortunately, we're unable to issue a paid label at this time so please take your return into your local post office, and ship this back to the address provided. 
Please ensure you keep a copy of your tracking number/information so you can track it's journey. 

RETURNS POLICY

  • We do not provide refunds for returns, change of mind or incorrect size changes.
  • Your return will be issued in store credit for the full amount of your returned item/s
  • You’ll have 30 days to return your order from delivery date 
  • All store credits are issued in AUD
  • Items marked a FINAL SALE cannot be returned unless faulty. 
  • Accessories, Lingerie and swimwear are NOT returnable due to hygiene reasons
  • If you have received a faulty item or you believe your order is faulty, please contact us immediately. 
  • Babyboo is not responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Purchases made with Afterpay or Paypal are subject to the same policy. Your agreement with Afterpay still stands and you will be required to pay off any scheduled repayments. 


CONDITION OF RETURN

Please take care when trying on any products: 

All Garment/s must be returned: 

  • Unworn & unwashed, 
  • With all original tags still attached,
  • In all correct & original packaging, 
  • No smell of perfume, deodorant or washing powder. 

All shoes must be returned in the original shoe box (as it was delivered to you) & must be tried on indoors/ soft floor (no scuff marks)
